Gimp is the program you may have trouble with, but once you've done one thing you're on the roll!

This image mostly took on hue and saturation. Follow the instructions at Diversity to make the outline of the petz pic. Okay, so you've read it? It's not required but great fun! Select the white part of the picture, go to filters, light and shadow, then supernova. Adjust the pointer to the position you want, choose the main colour and the radius. The hue is important-You can make rainbow effects with hue!

This is easy on Gimp! Just select file/crate then webpage themes then choose a theme then the button. Or select the button shortcut on the same menu.
